I help people buy and sell homes in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Before real estate, I spent 10 years as a paramedic. I loved the work, but I wanted a career where I could still help people without missing moments with my two daughters. What I took from the ambulance is simple: figure out the end goal, focus on what matters most, and don't get distracted by what's crumbling around you. Everything is figureoutable.
I've also bought, sold, and flipped houses of my own, usually doing most of the footwork myself. That means I've been on the client side of the table with both great agents and not-so-great ones, and I know the difference. I can see what a house could become, not just what it looks like today, and I'll tell you honestly when a house isn't right for you, even if it looks great on paper.
I'm building my business, which means you get my time and attention. I'll answer my phone, walk you through every step, and show you the same house as many times as you need. No pressure, no rushing.
